5A02 Aluminium sheet is Al - Mg series anti-rust aluminum, compared with 3a21, 5A02 aluminum alloy high strength especially has high fatigue strength; Plastic with high corrosion resistance, in this respect is similar to 3a21; Cannot strengthening heat treatment, with resistance welding and atomic hydrogen welding, argon arc welding with form crystallization crack tendency; Alloy in cold work hardening and half cold work hardening condition can be better machinability, annealing state cutting can be bad, can be polished.

5A02 aluminum plate heat treatment specification
1) homogenizing annealing: heating to 440 ℃. Insulation 12 ~ 14 h; Air cooling.
2) rapid annealing: heating to 350 ~ 350 ℃. The heat preservation time of 30 ~ 120 min; Air or water.
3) high temperature annealing: heating to 350 ~ 350 ℃. Thickness or < 6 mm or 6 mm, heat preservation time is 2 ~ 10 min or 10 ~ 30 min; Air cooling.
4) low temperature annealing: heating to 250 ~ 300 ℃ and 150 ~ 180 ℃; Holding time is 1 ~ 2 h, air cooling
